Definitely Aliens, though I like all three of the main Predator movies. Something about the mythology of the Aliens though is just really intriguing to me. I hope Prometheus doesn't ruin that, though with Lindelof writing, I doubt it will. One of my favorite Alien moments is in the movie people consider the worst, but I love love love the under water scene in Alien Resurrection. The cinematography and silence (at least that's how I remember it) in that scene is great, watching the Aliens swim as if they were snakes was real cool to see!
